Hotel was very charming and staff was great, very helpful! Our room and bed were comfortable. The AC worked well although it did cycle on and off during the night which woke me up occasionally. We had early plans so didn't get to fully enjoy the included breakfast so I can't comment on that. The location was close enough to attractions, a short tuk tuk ride. Some drivers had a difficult time finding the hotel. I recommend it and would definitely stay again.

  i like there - Everything was done well, neat and clean, compared to the money you pay, it is not a better option, only the lack of insulation in the doors and windows and the noise of the car horn are annoying sometimes.

  If you are in Jaipur, your first choice for hotel should be Hotel Arya Niwas. - I just love to stay at Hotel Arya Niwas. After a long day i relax at my room or in the lobby listening to the local music by local artists. The ambience is very beautiful. You can sit in the lobby and relax for hours. Food preparation is very simple and tasty. Thank you team Arya Niwas.

  The best place to stay in Jaipur city! - We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was very good including location, facilities, rooms, common areas, food and above all the helpful staff. I was with my parents who are in their 70s and have very particular dietary needs and the hotel food made them feel at home. We have recommended this hotel to all our friends and family. We will be back soon.

  Value for money hotel at the heart of Jaipur - This hotel was heavily recommended by our friends when we were in the process of booking for our stay in Jaipur and one can make out why.

Value for money, clean, calm and quiet. The rooms have a rustic home stay touch with all the benefits of staying in the hotel. The hotel is close to all the main attractions of the city.

Worth mentioning is the Restaurant where food was absolutely awesome. Jaipur has its famous food joints and their restaurant should definitely count as one - The continental, traditional Rajasthani and north Indian fare was simply delicious. Please note they only offer vegetarian and egg dishes, which was fine with us.

Breakfast was very good too with an selection of North Indian (Parathas / poories, Pakodas), Continental (Eggs, Toast with jam / butter, Sandwiches and Garlic Bread) and South Indian (Idly, Dosa, uthapam), Lassi and Juice and coffee and tea. This costs 300/- if it was already not included in your room rate and is a value for money.

They have a beautiful lawn and a sit-out where you can spend the evenings. They also have a heritage lounge hall with books where you can also spend a relaxing afternoon.

Lastly amazing hospitality by the staff. You have several hotel chains in Jaipur but its gems like these which give your stay a local and a memorable touch.

We will be back for sure.

  Short weekend trip to Jaipur - We had to visit Jaipur for a Family Function. We chose Hotel Arya Niwas on a recommendation of a friend.
This is a superb property with very good hospitality. The staff are very friendly and accomodative.
Food at Chitra Cafe is awesome .... Absolutely home made type of food.

  Best hotel in Jaipur  - I am staying at this place from last 15 years and my experience at this place is always fantastic, best food, most clean hotel in my trip and very kind staff . I will definitely recommend this place. If you are with family or on business there is no better option than Arya Niwas Jaipur.

  Good value for money - In my opinion, the hotel offers excellent hygiene and good veg food (plus eggs) and is located conveniently with regards to transit points....I must thank Mr. Shyam Singh at reception for going the extra mile and opening the hotel shop just for me so that I might purchase a belt for myself that I wouldn't have got anywhere else at 8.00 a.m. in the morning....The live music at night in their lawn also was good.....Having said all this, I would like to draw management's attention to my following experiences: I felt that as the hotel advises customers in writing not to give individual tips (they have a box near reception for the tips), the staff members do not find it useful enough to even greet customers as staff at other good hotels do very frequently. Moreover, in my stay of two days once my AC suddenly stoppled working, I asked a person outside my room (who was installing curtains) to check as fans etc. were working but only AC wasn't. He directed me to another housekeeping guy, who argued with the first person somewhat aggressively and told me to dial 200 (the number, I might have forgotten but it was for housekeeping) without showing any concern, when I dialed 200 the person told me absolutely indifferently that there was a power outage and AC will be on only when power is there. After 10 minutes I called reception and they told me the same though the AC started working very shortly on its own. The tone of none was comforting. None even cared to tell me whether there was a power backup or not. None even confirmed later that whether my AC had started working or not. Also, at the time of checking out none offered even to put my luggage in the taxi (despite the fact that many staff members were present at the same place near reception) though I had brought it down myself as I was in a hurry. This might be a case study to understand the effects of individual tipping vs pooled tipping.

  Comfortable stay! - We stayed for a night our way to Jaisalmer. It is a very homely hotel with good food. The staff are kind and attend to your requests. When the power went off in the morning, they made sure the repair is done quickly and it was restored. It is in an inner road from the main road and hence the traffic is not much and hence the place is quiet. If you are looking for a homely place in Jaipur, this is the place to go!

  Perfect Oasis in Chaotic Jaipur - What a beautiful stay we had here when travelling in Jaipur. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. This was the perfect little oasis to have in the chaos that is Jaipur city. The breakfast was amazing as well as all the other food. The little rooftop area was a perfect place to lounge after a day of sightseeing as well.

  My most pleasent,humble, memorable stay till date. - We went for a 2 day trip trip to jaipur in feb 2023. It was a very pleasant and memorable stay at Hotel Arya Nowas. Perfect for a family budget trip in jaipur. Food was great and tasty. They don't have fancy items in buffet but what you need for a fresh start of the day is there. What they server is good quality food and you can have the food in their lawn for breafast and dinner. Chitra cafe is as memorable as the stay itself. We cannot forget the melodious classical songs sung by the professional singer in the lawn while we are having breakfast and dinner. Dint get a chance to taste lunch as we were outside during noon. Special appreciation to singer - Mr. Rahman Harfanmaula for carefully selecting good classical songs and making our stay more memorable. the rooms were "Heritage enough" for a good jaipur stay. decorated with good paintings on the walls, the room stay was very pleasant. Given at this budget, no other hotels can dare give you this quality and memorable stay. Room service staffs were very polite and punctual. Frankly i do not see any commercial focus in this hotel. You can feel the focus is only for the customer service. Next time i would come to Jaipur only to stay in Arya Niwas hotel.

  Good hotel - Great hotel and food. Heritage property lives upto it's name. There is a lawn with live folk music playing round the day. Rooms are a bit small but cozy. Overall experience was good at a affordable price.

  Lovely hotel in a heart of Jaipur - Beautiful beautiful beautiful! It’s indeed an oasis in a busy life of Jaipur. It’s an old colonial building but the way they maintain and put love in it only add more charm. I’d recommend anyone to stay here.
