Petit FutĂ©’s opinion on ARYA NIWAS HOTEL

A friendly family hotel with a garden. The rooms are simple and tidy, but a little dark for some. The manager, Ajit Kuman, is always ready to help: exchange office, reservation of train, bus, plane tickets, etc. In the restaurant, the open kitchen awakens the taste buds. The other originality of the hotel is its library, made up of books that belonged to travelers passing through. On site, laundry service, Internet cafe and wi-fi connection and even a souvenir shop. A good address.

Lonely Planet 2019 India Edition

Just off M.I. Sansar Chandra Marg, this very popular travellers’ haunt has a travel desk, book and gift shop, and a range of in-house activities, from block printing and cooking to yoga lessons. The spotless rooms vary in size and layout so check out a few. Outside, there is an extensive veranda facing a soothing expanse of lawn to loll about on.

For a hotel of 125 rooms it is very well run with several eco-initiatives, including reducing plastic wherever possible and providing clean drinking water on every floor and a reusable bottle in every room. The vegetarian restaurant also has espresso coffee.

Love Jaipur Guide

An Institution in Jaipur. The 100 room, full service hotel is known for basic clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere. However, I found the (smaller) rooms a little claustrophobic. It is popular with visiting designers and I have friend who absolutely love it.
