Terms & Conditions Applicable for Tours

  1. All hotel rooms are booked on bed and breakfast basis, and include applicable taxes on room and breakfast.
  2. Transportation will be by chauffeured Car Taxi's / Coaches. All expenses related to accommodation, taxi car and driver are covered.
  3. Hotels in Rajasthan normally work on 12 Noon Check out. In case of early morning check-in and/or late evening check-out, extra payment is required.
  4. Pickup and drop from/to the Airport/ Railway Station/ Bus Stand at Jaipur or the station that the tour begins from is included in the cost, unless otherwise mentioned.
  5. Extension of the tour to other places in Rajasthan is possible. Charges for the same shall be applicable at actual's.
  6. The entrance fees to monuments and forts are not included. The costs vary, especially in the case of foreign tourists.
  7. The Itinerary does not form a contract between Arya Niwas Hotels and Travel Services and the guests who are taking the tour. The itineraries given are indicative and will be followed to a great extent. However, the exact details of the destinations and services can be subject to change and at the discretion of the management of the tours.
  8. Cancellations received within 10 days of the scheduled beginning of the tour are NOT entitled to any refunds.
  9. The firm reserves the right to refuse the registration of any individual, without assigning any reason.
  10. The firm reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such an eventuality, full refund will be given to all confirmed participants.
  11. Any staff member of the firm and its management, their families and friends, and the various persons and organisations involved in providing relevant services for the tour like the drivers, owners of taxi services and hotels management will NOT be held responsible for any injury or loss to any participant in the tour.
  12. The indemnity form sent along with the payment details must be signed and returned in original to the organisers.
TOUR CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE:
  • Safari charges & optional sight seeing or individual excursions not included in the itinerary.
  • All services such as laundry, concierge and room service ordered specifically by the participants.
  • All expenses of personal nature.
  • Camera fees.
  • Air tickets to and from, transportation required to reach the point of commencement of tour.
  • Entry tickets to monuments, national parks etc.

Payment for such services & activities will have to be made directly by the participants at the relevant times.
