Terms and Conditions Applicable For Tours

1. Tailor made itineraries, as well as fixed packages.
2. The stay is at a clean, well-maintained medium category hotel, usually family managed.
3. Non-A/c Tours include accommodation in an air-cooled room in good 2/3 star standard hotel.
4. It is possible that due to some reason the hotels listed here may not be available, in such a case, hotels with similar services and standard will be provided.
5. Transportation will be by well-maintained Car Taxi's / SUV / Luxury Coaches manned by experienced drivers. All expenses related to accommodation, taxi car & driver are covered. Similar Tours for bigger groups using can also be made.
6. Food charges for guests, monument entry and guide fees, entry fees to national parks and transportation within parks,if any, is extra as applicable.
7. Hotels in Rajasthan normally work on 12 Noon Check out. In case of early morning check-in and/or late evening check-out, extra payment is required.
8. Pickup and drop from/to the Airport/ Railway Station/ Bus Stand is included in the cost, unless otherwise mentioned.
9. Extension of the tour to other places in Rajasthan is possible. Charges for the same shall be applicable at actuals.
10. Customised toursto places in Rajasthan and north India are available. Please contact us for the same.
11. The entrance fees to monuments and forts are not included. The costs vary, especially in the case of foreign tourists.
